Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at rkey.salcedo@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
Not what you expected If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out within 30 days and we'll work with you to make it right. We handle each case individually and always aim for a fair resolution.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-refundable items We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged through normal wear.
